Why join the Perfusion.com team?
One concern I had joining a group like Perfusion was if I would feel pressured to change all of my supplies or be forced to travel. Over three years later, I can happily say that that is not the case at all. Perfusion has offered me a chance to grow as a perfusionist and have the resources to stay up to date with what is going on in cardiac surgery. I could not be happier with where my career is at since joining Perfusion.
Perfusion offers support throughout your career, whether you are looking to change locations or lifestyles or learn a new skill or push a new product. This is one of the only companies that offers career growth beyond pumping cases. You treat them fairly, and they do the same in return. I am honored to be a part of Perfusion.com.
An important factor in working with PDC has always been the availability and communication of directors. It has never felt corporate and I have always had my concerns met with understanding and an effort to work through. I don’t think I would ever work for a hospital system because of the care and comfort with PDC.
I have been with Perfusion[PDC] since graduating in 2013. I briefly left and immediately returned to the company. PDC treats you like family and truly cares about you. They strive to place you in the best possible scenario for your needs and skills.
Perfusion.com is the most honest company I've encountered. It is run and managed by clinically excellent perfusionists who are compassionate and reasonable whether they are caring for their patients or their colleagues. They truly go above and beyond.
My experience working for Perfusion has been excellent from the start. I went from feeling alone and under-appreciated being a hospital employee to feeling like a priority. In a blink of an eye I had a team of co-workers from around the US who were ready and willing to help me in any possible way.
This company’s management does actually care about their employees, and listens to their needs and they show a sincere interest in employees and the solution to their problems.
This company strives that their employees have a good work/life balance. With 20 years’ experience as a perfusionist, I am happy (good times and bad) to have been working for perfusion.com these past 4.5 years.
