I have been looking everywhere for help/answers with how to deal with conflict in theatre between yourself(perfusionist) and the cardiothoracic surgeon or the anaesthetist?

Hopefully someone has local policies they can share or some insight.

Many thanks for your replies.

We should not say it 'conflict' because everybody (Perfusionist, Cardiothoracic Surgeon and Anaesthetist) have their own rules but same objective - to make patient survive. We should call it "team work".

One more thing,,,, the more we (Perfusionist) "conflict" with them, the more they respect us,,,,, I hopes....
