Hi Dear

I am using Affinity trillium oxygenator and I keep my dry set  up for 3 days and wet setup for 24 hours. But recently i received some e-mails that convinve me for 7 days. Acctually if you follow the intruction of the manufacturer it will help you but the problem is that we are living in third world and they belongs to the most advanced countries so they can not understand how we are performing cardiac surgeries in our set up. I am agree with Mr. Rajeev Gupta you can keep your set up ( Dry set up) for 7 days but with the sterile technique and safety measure should be taken.
thanks
