No strict rules are used to classify manuscripts into groups, but the following classification will be respected as much as possible. As mentioned in the list above, it is up to the author(s) to designate the manuscript classification at the time of submission. Please indicate one of the following categories.
In some cases, it may be necessary for the editorial staff to reclassify an article as appropriate. To structure any submission, follow the general information listed above. In addition, all components of your manuscript, including references, and photographs and figures should follow the instructions detailed in the appropriate sections of this page. If you are submitting a comprehensive review or editorial, the materials & methods and (or) results sections become an open arena, which you can rename to suit your presentation.
